MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC's Packe Arms is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading the team and ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

You'll mentor team members, drive service excellence, and act as Duty Manager in the GM's absence while benefiting from generous staff discounts and a pension scheme. This role sits within Vintage Inns, a cosy rural pub collection, with a welcoming team environment.

Responsibilities

Job description

As Assistant Manager at the Packe Arms, you'll bring your experience to the table, supporting the General Manager in leading your team to success. Through your passion and drive you will motivate your team to deliver excellent guest experience, mentoring each individual to be the best that they can be! Join us at Vintage Inns, a charming collection of rural pubs. You'll find roaring log fires, traditional food and a cosy atmosphere. If you want to be part of the Inn crowd, we want to hear from you., your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
