MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Bay Horse in Vintage Inns. You will support the General Manager, lead your team, mentor colleagues, and drive an outstanding guest experience in a cosy pub setting.

You will motivate staff, train the team to deliver excellent food, drink, and service, and be a role model, helping grow internal talent with the aim of promoting to General Manager roles.

As Assistant Manager at the Bay Horse, you'll bring your experience to the table, supporting the General Manager in leading your team to success. Through your passion and drive you will motivate your team to deliver excellent guest experience, mentoring each individual to be the best that they can be!
