Job summary

Metro Pubs is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the busy pub and support the General Manager in daily operations. You will lead by example, ensuring customers and teams have a great time and that brand standards are upheld.

You will work to deliver amazing customer experiences, train and develop staff, and maintain safety and standards across shifts in a welcoming, local venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to lead the team and maintain brand standards and safety.
