Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a busy pub with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a front-line team. You will support the General Manager and step in during their absence, modelling great service and ensuring safe, welcoming environments.

You will lead by example, train staff, and uphold brand standards, while keeping operations smooth during busy shifts and maintaining high levels of customer care and team morale.
