Job summary

Greene King’s Chef & Brewer pubs seek an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and to lead the team in their absence. You’ll deliver memorable experiences for customers by bringing the brand to life through leadership and service.

You’ll train and develop staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure safety for customers and colleagues on busy shifts. English proficiency and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership and running a busy pub.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
• English proficiency to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
