Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy pub within Pub & Dining, delivering outstanding guest experiences while leading a team on shift. You will model frontline leadership, train colleagues, and ensure safety and brand standards are met throughout service.

You will bring passion for hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to dynamic demands, maintaining high standards and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
