Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy pub in West Bridgford. You will be at the heart of the management team, leading by example to ensure customers and teams have a great time from the moment they walk through the door.

You’ll support the General Manager, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and mentor staff to uphold brand standards while maintaining safe, efficient day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a busy hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
