Job summary

Specsavers Talbot Heath is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead by example and deliver a customer-first philosophy while ensuring the store and team run smoothly. You will be at the forefront of bringing better hear and eye care to the local community.

Join a dedicated team, drive excellent customer service, and help colleagues grow through coaching and development opportunities. This role combines leadership with hands-on store operations in a welcoming setting.

• Previous team management experience in a retail/optics environment is preferred.
