Job summary

Specsavers Beaumont Leys is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who can lead by example and champion a customer-first mindset. You’ll help keep the store and team running smoothly while growing your skills and supporting colleagues to do the same.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Retail experience is essential for success in a busy store.
• Experience in an optics business is advantageous.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing needs of the store.
• Strong people skills with a customer-first approach.
• Well-organised with the ability to multitask.
• Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of retail KPIs and store operations is a plus.
