Job summary

The Green Man in Harlow is recruiting an Assistant Manager to join our busy, welcoming pub team. You’ll lead shifts, support the General Manager and inspire a team to deliver consistent high standards across service and dining.

With a salary of £33,000 – £37,000 + bonus, you’ll play a key role in driving guest experience, sales and compliance while developing your people in a supportive Greene King environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within a busy pub, restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Confident, hands-on and passionate about hospitality.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver a great guest experience.
