Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a busy pub and lead the management team. You will model excellent service, motivate staff, and ensure the venue delivers memorable experiences for customers.

You’ll support the General Manager, train your team, and uphold brand standards while maintaining safety and quality across shifts and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pub environment preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage a busy shift.
• Ability to train and develop team members while maintaining brand standards.
• Sufficient spoken and written English for role safety and allergen controls.
