Greene King is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to lead shifts, ensure service excellence, and uphold high standards across the team. You’ll mentor staff, resolve issues, and keep operations running like clockwork in a busy pub environment.

You will model warmth and efficiency, balance guest satisfaction with compliance, and help create a welcoming, enjoyable experience for every visitor.
