Lyttelton Arms is recruiting for an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations at Castle Pubs’ Lyttelton Arms. You will lead and mentor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain the pub’s distinctive, lively atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team.
• Ability to train and inspire staff.
• Proven track record of delivering guest service.
• Willingness to stand in as Duty Manager.

Responsabilités

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard.
• Be the role model and guide development within the team.
