Mitchells & Butlers is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations, lead a team, and drive outstanding guest experiences within a fast-paced environment. You will partner with the General Manager, train staff, and uphold service standards to ensure guests feel welcome and valued.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in managing teams and shifting duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service quality.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

Responsabilités

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
