Job summary

Red Lion Hotels is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Red Lion Hotel to support the General Manager in daily operations and guest service excellence.

You will mentor and develop the team, lead service quality across food and beverage, and help create memorable moments that drive repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the General Manager in a hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to train and inspire a diverse team.
• Strong focus on guests and service excellence.
