Who is Blarney Castle? We’re the heart of retail C-Store operations in Michigan! We’re family-owned and have grown in Michigan since 1933. Today, we have over 1,800 team members across the state, all committed to providing Super, Superior Customer Service.
Role Responsibilities: You’ll be part of the leadership team, coaching and inspiring your store team. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help develop team members and identify future leaders. Your duties include providing customer service, processing transactions, and responsibly selling alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products. Open availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Some college credits and work experience are helpful but not mandatory.
At least one year of retail experience is preferred.
You should demonstrate an engaging leadership style and excellent customer service skills.
You must be able to stand, bend, reach, and lift at least 50 lbs., be at least 18 years old, and have reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
