Job summary

4Leisure Recruitment Ltd represents a premium fitness group in Barbican seeking an Assistant General Manager / Sales Manager to grow memberships and manage daily club operations in London. You will lead a small team, drive new memberships and retention, and build local partnerships to maximise revenue.

The role is hands-on with a sales-led focus, requiring strong CRM usage, KPI tracking and customer service excellence to deliver an outstanding member experience.

• Proven experience in an operational and sales-focused management role.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Assistant General Manager / Sales Manager to drive membership growth, build local business relationships and support the day‑to‑day running of a successful club.

This is a hands‑on, sales‑led management role where you’ll be responsible for driving new memberships, increasing member retention and supporting the day‑to‑day operation of the club. You’ll also oversee a small team of staff, leading by example to deliver an outstanding member experience.
