Job summary

Clarks in London seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, lead the retail team, and drive daily operations in a fast‑paced store.

This hands‑on leadership role requires strong communication, the ability to motivate staff, manage POS/inventory, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. • Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
