Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the London Area, United Kingdom. Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager at Ekta Foods

• Coach and support the team to deliver excellent experiences, ensuring procedures are followed, and take the lead on shifts.
• Deploy the team according to trading patterns, ensuring optimal staffing to maximize sales.
• Manage daily store operations when required, being accountable in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Implement new marketing POS and brief teams on new recipes and seasonal ranges to maintain excellence and maximize opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are upheld.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness, driving excellence in all aspects.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper storage and preservation of stock.
