Job summary

The Evolve Group is seeking an Assistant Hospitality Manager to support a corporate hospitality operation, delivering exceptional experiences for clients, guests and VIPs. You will work closely with the Hospitality Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation and high service standards across events.

You will lead a hospitality team during events, manage relationships with corporate clients and VIP guests, and help with staff rotas, briefings and training to maintain superb service levels.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in hospitality, events, corporate hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or a similar environment.
• Experience supervising or leading a hospitality team.
• Delivers exceptional customer service consistently.
• Confident, professional, and comfortable working with corporate clients and VIP guests.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Hospitality Manager with day-to-day running of the operation.
• Lead and motivate the hospitality team during events and busy service periods.
• Ensure high standards of food, beverage, presentation and customer service.
• Support delivery of corporate events, functions and VIP hospitality experiences.

Join our team:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and experienced Assistant Hospitality Manager to join our corporate hospitality operation and help us deliver exceptional experiences for clients, guests, and VIPs.

Working closely with the Hospitality Manager, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of hospitality services, supporting the team and ensuring every event is delivered to an outstanding standard.

The Role

As Assistant Hospitality Manager, you’ll be hands-on in the operation, supporting the management team while leading by example and ensuring excellent service throughout every event.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Hospitality Manager with the day-to-day running of the operation.
• Leading and motivating the hospitality team during events and busy service periods.
• Ensuring consistently high standards of food, beverage, presentation, and customer service.
• Supporting the delivery of corporate events, functions, and VIP hospitality experiences.
• Building positive relationships with clients, guests, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Assisting with staff rotas, briefings, training, and team development.
• Monitoring service standards and dealing confidently with guest queries or issues.
• Supporting event preparation, service delivery, and close-down.
