Job summary

Marston's is seeking an Assistant Manager to join a high-energy pub team. You will support the General Manager, lead front-line staff, and drive memorable guest experiences while managing shifts and operations.

You'll have previous Assistant/Deputy Manager experience in a branded pub setting and a passion for leading teams. The Aspire programme supports progression to a General Manager role, with a strong benefits package and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving KPIs and financial targets.
• Inspire and motivate the pub team across shifts.
• Ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction when deputising for the GM.
• Bring prior experience as Assistant/Deputy Manager in a branded setting.

As an Assistant Manager you'll:

Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around. With a passion for leading and motivating others, you'll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI's
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
