Job summary

Marston's Plc is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team. Be part of the pub management team, lead from the front, and create memorable guest experiences that bring guests back.

You will support the GM to drive financial and KPI targets, inspire your team on every shift, and deputise when the GM is away. We offer progression through the Aspire programme to General Manager, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a branded pub environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team across shifts.
• Track record of achieving financial and KPI targets.
