Job summary

Marston's plc in Hanley is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team. You'll support the GM, lead from the front, and help deliver memorable guest experiences while driving KPIs.

This role offers progression through our Aspire programme to General Manager, plus a range of benefits and flexible hours to fit around family or studies.

• Must have prior experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/branded environment.
