Job summary

Marston's is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our pub team and support the General Manager in driving performance and guest experience. You will motivate staff on every shift and ensure smooth operations when the GM is away.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pub team or in a branded hospitality environment.
• Ability to support GM in hitting financial and business KPIs.
• Proven track record of motivating teams and delivering great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead pub team on each shift and deputise for the GM.
• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate staff to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Ensure smooth operations when the GM is absent.
• Bring previous Assistant/Deputy Manager experience in a similar branded setting.

As an Assistant Manager you'll:

Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around. With a passion for leading and motivating others, you'll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI's
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
