Job summary

Marston's is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around.

With a passion for leading and motivating others, you'll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that keeps guests returning. If you have the determination to develop, our Aspire programme will support you to progress into a General Manager role - running your own pub team!
