Job summary

Greene King Inns is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy pub. You’ll help run the day-to-day operations, lead by example, and ensure customers and the team have a great time.

You’ll support the General Manager in daily tasks and in their absence, bring the brand to life by guiding the team to deliver amazing experiences, maintain high standards, and keep customers safe and happy.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering amazing customer experiences.
• Strong communication and leadership to motivate the team.
• Ability to think on your feet during busy shifts.
• Attention to detail and upholding high standards.
• English speaking and writing to handle allergen controls.
