Job summary

Chef & Brewer is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our busy pub team, guiding daily operations and stepping in for the General Manager when needed. You will lead by example, ensuring memorable customer experiences and high safety standards.

You’ll develop your team through training, uphold brand standards, and drive excellent service during busy shifts, maintaining strong communication and people skills throughout. This role is on-site at our Brentwood location.

• You’ll be passionate about delivering amazing experiences for customers.
• You’ll be great with people, and as a result, have great communication and leadership skills making sure you get the best out of people.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A keen eye for every small detail and a desire to uphold high standards in all that you do.
