Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our busy pub team. You will help ensure smooth daily operations, lead by example, and deliver outstanding experiences for our Customers and teams.

In this role you’ll support the General Manager, train and develop staff, and champion brand standards while maintaining safety and quality across all shifts. What you'll do as an Assistant Manager...

• Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.
• Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers.
• Act as a role model for the team and support with training and development.
• Be a champion of brand standards & ensure customer & team safety at all times.
