Mitchells & Butler PLC, via Miller & Carter Lowton, is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will inspire, train, and develop staff, drive service standards, and help achieve business targets while ensuring a welcoming environment for every guest.

As Deputy Manager at Miller & Carter - Lowton, you'll support the General Manager to lead a successful site. You'll use your experience to inspire team members, and work together to provide guests with an experience they won't forget.
