Miller & Carter Bournemouth is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant and act as Duty Manager when needed. You will lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food, drink and service, ensuring guests have a memorable visit.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…
