Job summary

Miller & Carter Great Salterns is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You'll mentor staff, train others via our Steak School, and act as Duty Manager when needed, driving standards, service quality and guest satisfaction. The role includes progression opportunities, staff discounts across brands, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supervising teams in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.
• Proven ability to train and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and serve as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Mentor team members and guide development to improve performance.
• Lead the team to create memorable guest experiences and drive repeat visits.
