Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team, offering a permanent salaried contract that provides financial security and solid career development. You’ll lead a pub team, drive guest satisfaction, and step up for the General Manager when needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a branded pub environment as Assistant/Deputy Manager.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Willingness to deputise for the General Manager when required.
• Commitment to achieving financial and business KPIs.

As an Assistant Manager you’ll:

Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around. With a passion for leading and motivating others, you’ll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that gets our guests coming back for more.
