Job summary

Stag's Leap (3852) is seeking an Assistant Manager for our pub team. You’ll step up when the General Manager isn’t around and lead from the front to create memorable guest experiences across every shift.

You’ll inspire a diverse team, support the GM in hitting financial and KPI targets, and uphold our values in a friendly, lively environment. Previous branded/pub management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment.
• Strong leadership with the ability to motivate a pub team across shifts.
• Ability to support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
