Savers is hiring an Assistant Manager in Aldershot. You will lead store teams to deliver exceptional results, motivate staff, and foster a warm, inclusive environment. You’ll engage with the local community and drive sales while developing your team’s capabilities.

The role offers a competitive £31,600 salary with a generous bonus scheme and 39-hour weeks, plus progression opportunities and employee benefits.

Location:Aldershot
Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
Salary:£31,600 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
