Job summary

Village Hotels in Aberdeen is seeking a Pub & Grill Assistant Manager to lead the team and keep the operation running smoothly. You’ll take ownership of shifts, step up as Duty Manager, and support across Food & Beverage.

You’ll drive local marketing and turn strategy into action on the floor, while creating great guest experiences and coaching your team with enthusiasm and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams is desirable.
• Ability to coach staff and deliver excellent guest service.
