Job summary

Equifind, a Windsor-based SaaS firm, is hiring an Assistant Management Accountant to support the finance team. You will manage accounts payable end-to-end and develop exposure to broader accounting tasks as you grow in the role.

The role offers immediate start, a competitive salary, study support for ACCA/CIMA, and a discretionary annual bonus. You should be organised, Excel‑driven, and a team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally degree in a STEM subject.
• Ideally from a Russell Group/Red Brick University but not mandatory.
• 2+ years’ experience in a Finance role.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
• Organised and efficient.
• Team player.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment and can hit the ground running, with a track record of rolling sleeves up to get the work down while looking for improvements longer term.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and organise the accounts payable inbox.
• Process invoices and enter into the general ledger.
• Review and code invoices before approval.
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs.
• Perform supplier reconciliations including complex utility reconciliations.
• Prepare quarterly purchase ledger reports with comments for review.
