Job summary

Swissport London LCY seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead the exclusive pre-flight lounge experience. You will manage a large hospitality team, drive service excellence and ensure safety, guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

You will role-model Empathy, Efficiency and Discretion while coaching staff on shift and collaborating with senior leadership to uphold Aspire standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field; supervisory/assistant managerial experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, service standards and safety regulations.
• Coaching teams to deliver behavioural service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the LCY exclusive pre-flight experience, overseeing 50+ hospitality hosts and F&B professionals.
• Coach on-shift staff to deliver Aspire service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Drive safety, guest experience and revenue generation through high standards.
• Recruit, engage and supervise hospitality talent and schedule shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and service standards across the lounge.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and enhance guest experiences.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with Empathy, Efficiency and Discretion pillars.
