Job summary

Swissport International AG is seeking a Hospitality Training Leader to oversee LCY's training function. You will lead classroom and live-environment trainings, ensure compliance, and partner with regional teams to raise hospitality standards across shifts and guests.

The role focuses on coaching, performance management, and delivering consistent guest experiences. You will be responsible for developing teams, upholding health & safety procedures, and maintaining auditable training records while

Qualifications

• Proven hospitality experience with team leadership or training delivery.
• Ability to lead and develop teams and communicate strategy clearly.
• Fluent English, strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Willingness to undertake iLead and Level 3 training qualification.
• Experience with training systems and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom-based and on-the-job training aligned with standards.
• Lead induction programs and ensure brand understanding and SOP compliance.
• Maintain training compliance and audit-ready records.
• Collaborate with Regional Training to address needs and progress.
• Coach and develop colleagues, address performance gaps, and role-model high standards.
• Ensure service delivery and health, safety, and quality standards.
