Aspire Lounges at London City Airport is seeking an Assistant Lounge General Manager to lead the LCY pre-flight experience. You will supervise a team of over 50 hospitality hosts and F&B professionals to deliver exceptional service and guest satisfaction throughout the guest journey.

The role focuses on safety, coaching, and delivering Aspire service standards while collaborating with management to optimise revenue and guest experiences in a contemporary lounge environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Proven supervisory experience in premium hospitality environments.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily LCY lounge operations and guest experience.
• Coach staff on service standards and safety on shift.
