Travelodge Bolton Central River Street is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to lead and motivate hotel teams, delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will coach staff, manage rosters, and ensure brand standards across food, beverage and service, with opportunities to progress within a fast-growing hotel group.

You are friendly and engaging, able to drive KPIs and deliver improvements from feedback, with flexibility for Full Time or Part Time shifts in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Led a service-led team in hospitality.
• Food & beverage experience is advantageous for Bar Café hotels.
• Able to drive KPIs and scorecard targets within operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate hotel teams to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Create personal development plans with team members for career growth.
• Recruit, induct and develop new staff to ensure welcoming service and smooth operations.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to brand standards in Bar Café hotels.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling to maximise sales opportunities.
