Job summary

Travelodge Bradford Shipley is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to lead, coach and motivate our hotel teams on a full-time or part-time basis. You will develop team members, recruit staff and ensure a warm induction to uphold brand standards.

In this role you will drive guest satisfaction, manage rotas, oversee health and safety, and support food and beverage services where applicable. You’ll work to achieve KPI targets and contribute to the hotel’s ongoing success.

Qualifications

• You have led a team in a service-led customer facing industry.
• Experience in food & beverage is advantageous for Bar Cafe hotels.
• You thrive in a fast paced environment and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate hotel teams to deliver excellent service.
• Recruit and induct new team members with development plans.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented to brand standards.
• Maximise food and beverage sales through cross- and upselling.
• Review customer feedback and implement improvement plans.
• Oversee room and public area cleanliness to standard.
• Report repairs and maintenance needs to management.
• Manage rotas, banking and health & safety duties.
• Drive awareness and engagement to increase incentives uptake.
