Job summary

Travelodge Bolton Central River Street is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to lead hotel teams and drive customer experience. This role offers both full-time and part-time options, with responsibility for coaching staff, maintaining brand standards, and supporting operational KPIs.

You will manage inductions, recruitment, and personal development plans while ensuring food and beverage service (if Bar Cafe) meets brand expectations and upsell opportunities are maximised.

Qualifications

• Must have led a team in a service-led environment.
• Experience in coaching and developing team members.
• Customer service excellence and guest-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate hotel teams to meet KPI targets.
• Develop personal development plans and conduct inductions for new joiners.
• Oversee rota management, banking, health & safety and incident reporting.
• Monitor food & beverage standards where applicable and drive upsell opportunities.
• Ensure rooms and public areas are maintained to brand standards.
