Crestwood Community School is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious Assistant Headteacher, Inclusion, to join our externally recognised outstanding leadership team.

This post focuses on attendance, student wellbeing and pastoral support across our two campuses, including the ARC and Resilience Centre. The role includes up to 4 hours teaching in the Internal Alternative Provisions and up to 3 On Call lessons weekly.

Qualifications

• Attendance, wellbeing and pastoral support awareness.
• Experience in senior leadership and school improvement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Teach up to 4 hours per week within the Internal Alternative Provisions centre.
• Undertake no more than 3 On Call lessons per week.
• Support parental, staff and child interactions and progress reviews.
