• Provide effective pastoral and academic support for students with SEND and other barriers to learning.
• Deliver taught interventions and pastoral provisions with identified students or small groups.
• Provide class in-class support and occasional cover in the absence of a teacher.

• Support students with SEND and wellbeing within the Inclusion Team.
• Deliver pastoral and academic support across lessons and interventions.
• Assist with in-class cover when required and contribute to co-curricular provision.
