We are recruiting an Assistant Headteacher - Inclusion and SEND for New Barn School in Newbury. Our well-established schools support pupils aged 6 to 19 with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), as well as other complex needs.
Who we are looking for
We seek an Assistant Headteacher to lead on Inclusion. The successful candidate will have experience working with young people with complex learning needs and understand how these needs impact learning and behaviour. Knowledge of SEMH and curriculum design principles is essential. You will foster a culture of excellence for learners and staff and contribute to curriculum development at New Barn School.
