Job Title: Assistant Headteacher - Inclusion and SEND
Location: New Barn School, Newbury, RG20 8HZ
Salary: Up to £53,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

As part of our continued growth in service, we are recruiting an Assistant Headteacher - Inclusion and SEND for New Barn School in Newbury. Our well-established schools support pupils aged 6 to 19 with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), as well as other complex needs.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking an Assistant Headteacher to lead on Inclusion.
The successful candidate will have experience working with young people with complex learning needs. You will understand how these needs impact learning and behavior. Specialist knowledge of SEMH is desirable. You will create a culture enabling all learners and staff to excel, understand curriculum design principles, and drive curriculum development at New Barn School.
