Job summary

Roberts Primary School is seeking a Head of Inclusion to join the Senior Leadership Team. This non-class-based leadership role will work strategically across the school to ensure every child is supported, included and able to thrive.

You will collaborate with the SLT and lead a dedicated SEND intervention teacher, a SENDCO, and a pastoral learning team to strengthen inclusive practice while maintaining high-quality teaching and learning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading inclusion strategies in a school setting.
• Ability to collaborate with SEND teams and SLT.
