Job summary

Cedar Children's Academy, part of The Thinking Schools Academy Trust, is seeking an experienced senior leader to join us as Assistant Headteacher to drive strategic and day-to-day leadership of the school.

You will work with the Senior Leadership Team to uphold high expectations, secure outstanding pupil outcomes, promote an inclusive ethos, and lead cross-hub activity across trust schools where needed. deputise for the Headteacher when required.

Cedar Children's Academy are seeking an experienced senior leader to join our team as Assistant Headteacherto play a key role in the strategic and day-to-day leadership of our school. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued success and development of our community, ensuring the smooth and effective management of routines, systems and procedures.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to uphold our high expectations and secure outstanding outcomes for all pupils, regardless of their starting points. You will promote an inclusive and positive ethos that fosters excellent behaviour, conduct and wellbeing for every pupil.

As part of a collaborative trust, you will also support cross-hub working, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute across multiple schools where required.
