Cedar Children’s Academy, part of The Thinking Schools Academy Trust, is seeking an experienced senior leader to join us as Deputy Headteacher. You will drive strategic leadership, oversee day-to-day management, and work with the Headteacher to deliver high-quality, engaging education for all pupils.
You will be accountable for pupil outcomes, teaching quality, and whole-school priorities, using evidence to show sustained improvement and progress across the academy.

We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior leader to join the team at Cedar Children’s Academy as our Deputy Headteacher.
As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Academy. Working in close partnership with the Headteacher, you will help drive continual improvement and ensure the delivery of a high-quality, engaging and enriching education for all pupils.
Reporting directly to the Headteacher, the successful candidate will be accountable for demonstrating measurable impact on pupil outcomes, the quality of teaching and the delivery of whole‑school priorities, using a clear range of evidence to show sustained and continuous improvement.
