Job summary

Cedar Childrenor the Trust is seeking an experienced senior leader to join as Assistant Headteacher to drive strategic and day-to-day leadership within Cedar Children's Academy. You will work with the Senior Leadership Team to uphold high expectations and secure outstanding outcomes for all pupils, while promoting an inclusive ethos and safeguarding.

The role involves cross-hub collaboration across multiple schools within The Thinking Schools Academy Trust.

About The Role

Cedar Children's Academy are seeking an experienced senior leader to join our team as Assistant Headteacher to play a key role in the strategic and day-to-day leadership of our school. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued success and development of our community, ensuring the smooth and effective management of routines, systems and procedures.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to uphold our high expectations and secure outstanding outcomes for all pupils, regardless of their starting points. You will promote an inclusive and positive ethos that fosters excellent behaviour, conduct and wellbeing for every pupil.

As part of a collaborative trust, you will also support cross-hub working, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute across multiple schools where required.

Key Responsibilities
